Biography

Prof. Mazen El-Masri is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems in the department of Accounting and Information Systems of the college of Business and Economics at Qatar University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from HEC Montréal, Canada. Mazen’s research appears in several Journals like IT and People, Communication of the AIS, Journal of Enterprise Information Management, Procedia Computer Science, Educational Technology Research and Development, and Social Network Analysis and Mining. He also published in the proceedings of IS conferences including ICIS, AMCIS, ECIS, PACIS, and ASAC. His research interests include Predictive Modeling, IT Project Risk Management, E-commerce, E-banking, Big-Data, Social Networks, Semantics, Machine Learning..
